Electrofilm Mfg Co. has been designing, fabricating, and testing heating elements since 1949.

By use of modern production equipment, machinery, methods and tooling, production of custom heaters is achieved at low cost.

Field sales engineers and plant application engineers will work with you on your heating problem.

Electrofilm's design engineers determine the required electrical and dimensional parameters, making the necessary drawings and specification sheets. Electrofilm has both CAD and Solids Modeling systems, to insure accuracy and reduce delivery lead times.

The Production Engineering department constantly revises and redesigns our equipment, tooling, and facilities so as to produce on schedule at the highest possible rate in the most inexpensive way.

All equipment is calibrated on a periodic basis to standards traceable to the National Bureau of Standards.

Quality Assurance practices at Electrofilm are geared to the assurances that the highest possible standards of reliability and workmanship are adhered to throughout all phases of manufacture.

The Electrofilm Mfg Co. Quality System has been designed and approved to the requirements of AS9100A-ISO9001:2000, Boeing D6-82479, FAA Part 21, MIL Q9858 and MIL-I 45208.

Electrofilm Mfg Co. is also an approved FAA Repair Station (FAR-145), with a JAA endorsement.  Repair Station Number EFKR738K.
